By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the GoKool website, mobile application, or related services as a delivery boy (hereinafter referred to as "Delivery Personnel"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. You are requested to carefully read these terms before proceeding further.
Delivery Personnel refers to any individual, independent contractor, or employee authorized by GoKool to collect, transport, and deliver orders of groceries, medicines, and food directly to customers at their specified addresses.
GoKool reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the GoKool platform and will be binding on the Delivery Personnel.
Delivery Personnel are responsible for the timely and safe collection of orders from GoKool’s partner vendors and ensuring accurate and careful delivery to the customer’s address, adhering to quality and safety standards.
By participating in delivery operations, Delivery Personnel consent to receive calls, messages, and communications from GoKool management for operational, promotional, or telemarketing purposes within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery Personnel must complete deliveries within the scheduled timeframe agreed upon by GoKool and customers.
Delivery Personnel are expected to confirm order details, report any discrepancies, and maintain professionalism with customers and vendors.
Timely updates of order status must be provided via the GoKool delivery app or appropriate communication channels.
Delivery Personnel shall be compensated as per the payment and commission structure defined by GoKool.
All payments will be processed according to agreed terms and schedules.
Delivery Personnel must take care to handle all products, especially fresh groceries and medicines, according to hygiene and safety standards.
Any damage, misplacement, or loss must be reported immediately to GoKool.
Delivery Personnel must adhere to all applicable traffic, safety, and labor laws.
It is strictly prohibited to deliver orders under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair ability.
Delivery Personnel shall maintain confidentiality of customer data and GoKool’s proprietary information.
Personal data accessed through GoKool systems must not be shared or misused.
GoKool reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Delivery Personnel’s engagement in cases of violation of these terms, poor performance, misconduct, or breach of any policies.
Delivery Personnel shall exercise reasonable care in their duties and are responsible for any negligence or breach of these terms resulting in loss or damage.
By undertaking delivery assignments via GoKool, Delivery Personnel confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to abide by them throughout their engagement.
